Top Marble & Granite LLC provides stone countertop fabrication, installation, repair, and related services in Northern Virginia. Our Site provides information about our services, materials, portfolio, and allows you to request free estimates.

3. Free Estimates & Consultations

We provide free in-home estimates and consultations. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual measurements, material availability, and project complexity.

4. Project Agreements

All fabrication and installation projects require a separate written agreement. A deposit is required to commence work. Project timelines, payment terms, and warranties will be specified in your project agreement.

5. Materials & Workmanship

• Natural Stone: Natural stone products (marble, granite, quartzite) are unique. Variations in color, veining, and pattern are natural characteristics, not defects.
• Fabrication Quality: All fabrication is performed with CNC precision equipment. We stand behind our workmanship with a limited warranty as specified in your project agreement.
• Material Approval: Customers must approve slab selections before cutting. We are not responsible for color variations once a slab has been approved and cut.

6. AI Room Visualizer

Our AI Room Visualizer tool is provided "as-is" for visualization purposes only. Generated images are approximations and may not exactly represent the final installed product. Material selection should be confirmed with physical samples at our showroom.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, designs, and photography — is the property of Top Marble & Granite LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. User Submissions

When you submit photos, project details, or other content through our contact form or AI Visualizer, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use those materials for providing our services and improving our tools. We will not publicly share your project photos without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Virginia law, Top Marble & Granite LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
